Biography
Prof-Dr. Fazal Rehman shamil served for 10 years in Barani University Rawalpindi, in computer science department and then continue his mission to provide digital education and to deliver his one and only experiences of freelancing, software industry and computer sciences to Mianwalians by starting an institute of freelancing.
